She has all the technical skills and knowledge needed to help find the home and negotiate the terms of the deal but even more importantly she approached our search as if we were family or life long friends. She clearly cared and worried more about what was best for us, getting what we needed and wanted, at the right price and terms, than she did about herself. She was completely selfless with her time, beyond patient, professional and absolutely devoted to our search. She was nimble and flexible, exploring several areas with us and doing extensive research while helping us find the right fit where we felt at home. She stuck with us even after the home closed and her job should have been done, ensuring our new house was ready for us and easing our transition from several states over. "We had an excellent experience with Lisa. In early February we saw a property that was coming on the market and we knew right away we wanted to try to purchase it. However, it was a difficult acquisition because we were trying to buy at the top of the market and the sellers had an inflated view of the value of their property. We immediately began working with Lisa on a strategy that convinced the sellers of our genuine interest while at the same time letting them know that our value expectations were well below theirs. This approach required patience and the recognition that we may not get the house. Throughout the process Lisa worked diligently to help us achieve our goal even when it seemed unlikely we would be able to acquire the Property. She also answered all our questions about the costs and risks involved in buying a house in Florida. In particular, we were unfamiliar with the high real estate tax, insurance, and flood insurance costs in Florida. Once we got the property under contract Lisa continued to help us through the home inspection process and also referred us to our insurance agent and potential mortgage brokers. Lisa was highly professional and positive throughout our acquisition process and we would absolutely refer Lisa to other potential buyers."

"We began working with Lisa on the last weekend of my pregnancy with our third child, that I was allowed to fly. We flew from Chicago to Florida to check out the homes in the Boca/Delray area as we were considering relocating. In one day, Lisa helped us to get such a good feel for the different neighborhoods and styles of homes that we were able to zero in on a specific community. When we went back to Chicago and decided to make the move, Lisa would visit the homes available in our desired community and report back. We trusted her to know our preferences so much at that point that we made an offer without seeing the home ourselves! She knew the market well, negotiated in our favor and once our offer was accepted, we flew down to see the home, new baby in tow. Because of complications on the seller’s side, the purchase took a little longer than expected and there were some curve balls, but Lisa was by our side, helping to make things as smooth as possible. We are so happy in our new home and so grateful that we can spend our weekends as a family, enjoying our new neighborhood rather than looking at homes to buy as so many people who relocate end up doing.
