A native Floridian, Lisa Wennick specializes in luxury, coastal properties. With experience buying, selling, and redesigning multi-million-dollar properties of her own, Lisa began helping others attain their real estate dreams and goals. As her passion for real estate grew, so did her knowledge of South Florida’s myriad of beautiful neighborhoods.
 
After working in the mortgage industry in NYC and living abroad for 20 years, she has a deep understanding of the needs of South Florida’s global clientele as well as the local and international investors. A Member of The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing™, Lisa is part of an international network of real estate professionals with expertise in the luxury market. Extremely knowledgeable, patient, and friendly, she remains focused on producing results that not only leave her clients happy, but also with a secure sense that their goals have been met with diligence, resourcefulness, and compassion.
 
Having grown up in Connecticut, Lisa later returned to Florida to earn her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Eckerd College in St. Petersburg. After graduation, Lisa spent the next two decades living in Tokyo and London. Her experience overseas instilled a love of not only the classical, but all things unique, chic, and beautiful from architecture to landscape design, culture, and food. Her travels serve as inspiration for her career and understated, elegant lifestyle.
 
Lisa and her family now make their home in Delray Beach. She enjoys sharing her passion for landscape design and gives back to her community through several charities and organizations including Best Foot Forward, Impact 100, and The Delray Beach Historical Society.
